We track study activity including flashcards generated, quizzes taken, quiz scores, groups joined, and messages sent within study groups. This data powers features like progress tracking and spaced repetition.

Uploaded Content

Files uploaded to study group chats (images, documents) are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible to members of the relevant study group.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) with encryption at rest and in transit. Study group data, messages, and files are secured behind Firebase Authentication. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, file storage, hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions
  • DeepSeek / OpenRouter — AI content generation
  • Google Analytics — anonymized site analytics

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase Auth session tokens) and localStorage to cache study data for offline access. Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymous traffic measurement. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
